2300 square foot rammed earth home in Tucson
This twenty three hundred square foot Rammed Earth home was designed by Architect Rick Joy, built by his manager and associate Architect, Andy Tinucci and Kevin Osborn.
Finished in late 2000 this home has won many awards and has been published numerous times. It is featured as one of the best examples of Green building in the Smithsonian's National Building Museum's traveling show 'Green House'.
The solar energy system, Water catchment cistern, Water filtration, Spa and, Interior design has recently been completed by Kevin Osborn. That is the focus of this presentation.
