7th Street "Bungabo" project in Tucson
This renovation of a 1940's 750 Square foot Shanty style Bungalow for a couple and their small child is elegant and extremely efficient. Rusted steel roof, gates and storage were added along with privacy patio walls. Renovation of the Bathroom, Kitchen, Guest Quarters and Laundry facility improved the life style.
The focus of this project was to simplify... by making the surfaces consistent and elegant . Fundamental elements : Air Conditioning,'on demand' Hot water , Timed Low voltage Exterior lighting and, Drip system irrigation improvements makes for a low maintenance life style.
